We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models. AI-generated content that would take an external action is presented for review before that action is taken.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers — third-party services that help us operate (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics)
- At your direction — when you send messages or otherwise act through connected channels, relevant data is shared with those channel and delivery providers

The complete current list of sub-processors is named in each customer's Data Processing Addendum and is available to customers on request at privacy@merulan.com.
We will notify customers of material changes to the sub-processor list (additions, removals, or changes in the data class processed) by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

- Delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@merulan.com.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected server-side without cross-site tracking.
