Installable Products
Installable Products puts an exact Product release in a Workspace and keeps proof of what was installed. Choose a release, resolve its inputs, then check the accepted plan. Use the saved state to change or recover the install.
Boundary
Installable Products owns how you find, compose, install, and change a release. It also owns design rights and framework mappings. A Product can span several Capabilities. Each still owns how its parts work after install. Apps & Dashboards, for example, owns how an installed App opens.
Use this territory for shared installation mechanics. Obtain the Product's release and its own instructions before planning an install.
Services
Installable Products connects a release to the Workspace that uses it. Start with the release, resolve its settings, and check who owns the design. Then use current state to guide a change. Each service page owns one part of that path.
