Workspace and access
A Workspace is where a member acts. Access says if that member can act. Workspaces and membership owns membership scope. Administer workspace access owns the recovery path for a refused action.
Choose a Workspace
Choose the Workspace where the work belongs before you start. A result stays in the Workspace that the owner page names. If the Workspace is absent, do not guess another route. Use Workspaces and membership to find membership. Roles and permissions say if an action is available. A visible Console path does not change that. When access is refused, keep the message. Use Administer workspace access to check the Member, grant, and resulting access.
Continue work
Workspace and access do not set list, Pipeline, agent, or other work rules. Return to the named Capability after Governance & Administration confirms the Workspace and access needed for the work. The Workspace keeps the result with the people and rules that own it. This leaves the work rule with the right owner after access is ready.
