Recover Dashboard delivery
Recover a Dashboard when a report or outside view fails. Read the saved view and the failed result before you try again.
Read the saved definition and failed result. The saved layout, data read, provider publication, scheduled send, and writeback each have a separate result. Identify which one failed before changing the Dashboard.
For a provider view, open recovery and inspect the retained diagnosis. A missing resource may require detaching its binding before a new publication. Denied access requires the connected account to be authorized again. Drift requires a fresh publication or a reviewed detachment. Check the impact and exact control revision before detaching; the operation must not delete customer-owned resources without proof of Merulan ownership.
For a report, inspect its schedule version, occurrence, and delivery receipt before another send. An uncertain send is not evidence that the recipient got the report, and a blind retry can duplicate it. For a writeback, read the same request's status and follow its owning repair path.
After the repair, read the provider's verified result, the report receipt, or the writeback status as appropriate. Reopening a Dashboard can confirm the displayed view, but it cannot settle an external write or prove report delivery.
